See those shoots at the base of the stalk? Yup, he’s been putting tendrils off the main stem for a few weeks, but those are the first new sprouts coming up on their own.

Well, the toddler already knocked it down the steps and (briefly) out of its dirt today – I think the general household will keep it too busy dealing with disruptions to get too many grand ideas.
